Description

Motown Construction Partners LLC renovated the historic Broderick Tower Building located at Witherall and Woodward Avenue at the gateway to downtown Detroit. This landmark building was designed by Louis Kamper and built in 1928 as the Eaton Tower. Project financing provided for the complete restoration of the 34-story building, with 125 market-rate rental units and 23,485 square feet of commercial space.

The mix of affordable and market rate residential units includes 14 studio, 39 one-bedroom, 64 two-bedroom and 7 three-bedroom apartments.

This redevelopment resulted in market-rate, rental units in Detroit's Central Business District and provided more than 150 construction jobs.
