Brittany Fritsch joins Invest Detroit as the new Associate Vice President of Finance and Accounting where she will maintain the general ledger with an emphasis on accounts payable and financial reporting.
Brittany offers a decade of experience in accounting and finance, most recently as a corporate controller for Arden Companies where she managed accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll and focused on financial reporting, budget analysis, and financial controls. In addition, she helped to successfully manage the accounting team during an acquisition that transitioned the company from privately to publicly owned. Prior experience includes other finance and accounting positions with Arden Companies and Carharrt, as well as cost analysis and account management positions at Walbridge and Chrysan Industries.
Brittany attended the University of Michigan and Wayne State University. She is a native Detroiter and lives in Green Acres with her husband and young daughter.
