Stevan Pirkovic joined Invest Detroit as Associate, Loan Accounting in May 2023. Prior to joining Invest Detroit, Stevan has over ten years of experience with the University of Michigan. There he helped clients and departments sort out financial & accounting tasks and tackle projects to streamline operations to understand the overall health of their business or program. Stevan started his journey at the College of Engineering in the field of fundraising, witnessing the positive impact their endowment had on the College’s ability to offer financial aid to students. He then advanced into the accounting field where helped departments count and spend their budgets, financially managing two units within the College.
Stevan is a native of Flint, Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint. He has previously lived in Ann Arbor and is in the process of moving to Detroit.
