Invest Detroit is a mission-driven lender and partner that supports commercial and industrial lending to businesses and mid-sized enterprises that will spark economic growth in Detroit by creating or retaining job opportunities.  Our commercial and industrial program includes secured credit to business enterprises for commercial and industrial purposes and can include working capital advances, term business loans, and equipment financing. Loan programs and technical assistance are offered for both established and emerging new enterprises for manufacturing, distribution, retailing, and service businesses located in the City of Detroit.
